Alexander Stubb - Jetlag


Tämmöistä tällä kertaa, Twitterin kautta... Stubb neuvoo, miten välttää jetlagia! Ihan toimivat ohjeet tuntuisi olevan, ei muuta kun (uudestaan) Nyciin ja kokeilemaan =)!


"Folks often ask me how I cope with jetlag. Following tweets provide a few simple things that I use on trips of five days or less.
1. Try to stick as close to your normal time zone as possible. Going west - early to bed, early up. Going East - late to bed, late up.
2. Zero tolerance of alcohol, especially on planes. Holidays are different...
3. Try to eat healthy and drink lots of water.
4. Exercise at least one hour a day. Keeps the metabolic rate going. A massage won't hurt either.
5. Try to time your arrivals as close to bed time as possible. You will be tired after the flight. Easier to sleep.
6. On night flights ask for a quick meal or eat before the flight. Don't waste two hours waiting for the meal.
7. Take 20 minute cat-naps if you feel tired.
8. When you get home try to stay awake until it is bedtime.
9. Plan your trips carefully. Avoid long lay-overs.
10. Finally: the more you travel, the more you get used to it. Don't know if its good or bad..."

Piti pikkaisen korjata tota, ei taida Stubbilla olla kynä ihan täysin hallussa, tjs... :D Suomentamaan en ala, sorry... Mutta, nykypäivänä kun löytyy ties mitä palveluja (mm. Google kääntäjä), niin niillä pääsee varsin hyvin alkuun, ja sinne loppuun!
